1. Eliminating Needle Strikes

Standard hard magnets crack if struck by a high-speed sewing machine needle. magtech® flexible snaps feature generous 5 mm non-magnetic TPU perimeter sewing margins. Clear boundary flanges give automated CNC sewing jigs and human operators wide clearance to run lockstitch borders safely.

2. Polarity and Orientation Visual Markers

To prevent factory assembly workers from accidentally stitching matching poles together (which would repel), magtech® components feature debossed alignment markers (such as our signature U-alignment mark and labeled paired cords A & B). Workers can verify correct magnetic attraction in half a second.

3. Heat-Press Laminating Protocols

• Recommended temperature: 130°C – 150°C.
• Dwell time: 10 – 15 seconds.
• Pressure: 2.5 – 3.5 bar.
