The equilateral 3.2 mm triangular profile forces the opposing rim into alignment immediately upon contact. Wearers no longer need to align bag lips by hand before initiating the first roll; the cords click flush automatically along the entire top rim.

2. Eliminating Crease Fatigue and Cracking

Traditional PVC and nylon stiffener inserts experience flex fatigue, cracking after recurring tight rolling. The elastomeric SmFeN compound used in magtech® delta cords bends through tight radii ($r < 3\text{ mm}$) indefinitely without structural hardening or loss of elasticity.

3. Integration with High-Frequency Welded Tarpaulins

The external carrier sheath of the CXX-1601 cord is fully compatible with welded TPU and PVC tarpaulin fabrics. It inserts directly into a fold-over hem cavity, ready for automated high-frequency perimeter sealing.
